The program’s stated objectives are to develop a sustained competitive baseball program to serve players age 7 through high school and to provide world-class youth development through promoting sportsmanship, leadership skills, integrity, and competitive greatness. Depending on the year, the Pirates can field teams for each age group from 8U–12U and regularly also have 13/14U high school prep teams, and they typically have a second 8U team made up of both 7- and 8-year-olds and may have second teams for any age group where there are enough players.

The leadership team includes President Cris Seva; Vice President/Player Development Sam Anderson; Secretary Justin Holland; Treasurer Brian Keates; and Board Members Phil Hophan, Nicole Thompson, and Taylor Thompson.
